Every RueStyles order moves through two essential stages:

  • The Curation Phase (Processing): Please allow 5–7 business days for our team to inspect and prepare your selection. This window ensures that every garment is flawless before it begins its journey.

  • The Transit Phase (Shipping): Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 12–15 business days, depending on your global destination.

  • Pre-Order Note: For artisanal pieces labeled as "Pre-Order," remember to include the 3-week production period in addition to the standard shipping timeline.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $99, a standard shipping fee of $13.99 will be applied at checkout.

  • Note: Specific items (such as heavy outerwear or footwear) may occasionally incur unique shipping surcharges as noted on the product page.


Tracking Your Order

Stay connected to your delivery through our "Track Your Order" portal. You will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number and shipping details as soon as your package leaves our hands.

Pro Tip: We highly recommend providing a mobile number at checkout. This allows our local couriers to contact you directly for a successful, stress-free delivery.


Logistical Details

  • Split Shipments: If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will ship your available pieces first to minimize your wait. We will notify you promptly regarding the status of any remaining items.

  • Delivery Security: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our support team at support@ruestyles.com within 10 days. We will guide you through the carrier’s claims process.

  • Final Delivery: To maintain our service standards, RueStyles is not responsible for lost or stolen items once the carrier has officially confirmed a successful delivery to the provided address.
