Our Pre-Order model is a core pillar of our commitment to sustainability, allowing us to create limited-edition, small-batch pieces without the waste of traditional retail. By choosing pre-order, you aren't just buying clothes; you are commissioning a curated piece of fashion crafted specifically for your wardrobe.

Because quality is our primary metric, we ask for your patience while we bring your selection to life.

The Atelier Window: Each pre-ordered garment undergoes a meticulous 3-week production phase. This time is dedicated to precision tailoring, ensuring every seam and silhouette meets our signature RueStyles aesthetic.

Shipping & Fulfillment: Orders are processed chronologically based on the date of purchase. As soon as your piece clears our final quality control check, it is dispatched from our studio.

Tracking Your Piece: We’ll keep you in the loop. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation and tracking number the moment your order is en route.
Changes & Returns
To keep our production lean and efficient, we operate under the following guidelines:

The Grace Period: We begin the tailoring process quickly. Therefore, any modifications or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, the fabric has been cut and the process cannot be reversed.

Returns & Exchanges: We want you to feel extraordinary in RueStyles. If your piece isn't a perfect fit or arrives with any discrepancies, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be returned in original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all RueStyles tags intact.

Bundled Shipping: If your order includes a mix of "Ready-to-Ship" and "Pre-Order" items, the entire package will be held and shipped together once the pre-order piece is finalized.
