At RueStyles, your confidence is our priority. We want you to feel extraordinary in every piece you choose. If a garment doesn’t perfectly align with your vision or fit, we are dedicated to making the return or exchange process as seamless and graceful as possible.
Policy Guidelines
To preserve the premium quality of our curated collections, we require that all returns adhere to the following standards:

Pristine Condition: Garments must be returned in their original, immaculate state—unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage. All RueStyles tags and original packaging must remain intact.

The 7-Day Request Window: Please initiate your return or exchange request within 7 days of your package delivery date.

Authorized Returns Only: For logistical security, do not send items to the return address listed on your shipping label (these are often sorting hubs). Only returns sent to our specific studio address will be accepted and processed.
Logistics & Shipping

Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of preference or fit, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The RueStyles Guarantee: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, we will provide a prepaid label and cover all costs to rectify the situation immediately.

Return Authorization: We do not accept "blind" returns. Every return must be pre-approved by our team to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA).
How to Initiate a Return

Request: Email our support team at support@ruestyles.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

Approval: Our concierge will respond within 24–48 hours with your RA and the correct studio return address.

Shipment: Securely package your items and provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor the arrival of your return.

Sizing Tip: If your return is due to a fit issue, sending us a photo of the garment’s measurements helps us provide more accurate sizing advice for your next piece.

Order Cancellations
Because our team moves quickly to get your orders into production and fulfillment, the following rules apply:

Pre-Shipment (Within 24 Hours): For orders cancelled before they ship, a 15% restocking and processing fee will be applied to cover the administrative and manual labor costs already dedicated to your order.

Post-Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our studio, it cannot be intercepted or cancelled.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return arrives and passes our quality inspection, you will receive a confirmation email.

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Assistance: If you haven’t seen your credit after the processing window, please consult your bank or credit card provider first, as posting times vary by institution. For further help, our team is always available via email.
